A Touraine appellation given entirely to chenin blanc, made from dry through to sweet. The variety's very high acidity explains a longevity rare for a white wine.

For a 2018: drink between 2021 and 2033.

10 to 50 years after the vintage
For a 2018: drink between 2028 and 2068.
